The Whif is a new culinary object that will be exclusively revealed to you on April 29th during an evening of experiences alternating with artists' performances. The Whif is a flavour inhaler created by David Edwards, founder of the Paris Laboratoire, and developed side by side with Michelin star chef Thierry Marx. This culinary invention consists of a fine chocolate flavoured powder, capable of invading your palate through simple aspiration.
